Case Study 10 – Impressive Hair Loss Reversal After Just Four Months
Female patient came for initial consultation at Ashley and Martin in April 2015. She is in her late 40’s and has been experiencing hair loss for approximately 10 years in total. There is no known female history; however her father experienced male pattern baldness. We then requested blood tests, but these returned showing no reason for the client to be having such a big and long term change to her density.
Overall the affected area was extensive with thinning throughout the top and sides of the scalp. Due to how noticeable this change had become the patient was getting very conscious of her appearance.
After this analysis we came to the diagnosis of female pattern hair loss and decided that the best course of treatment would be a 12 RealGROWTH® program. We also concluded that we would need to be quite intensive with laser treatment if we were to achieve the best possible outcome. Because of this we decided upon a Lasercap as well. This enabled the client to treat herself three times a week at home as opposed to once a week in the clinic.
We are now four months in to treatment and by all means it is still quite early but the overall change has been very impressive. Patient is feeling much more confident and we are very excited to see what changes will be coming at the next four month assessment.
